I find this podcast helpful and real. I always feel like I’m on an island by myself with being the only counselor in the school of 765 students not including pre-K. I have other school counselors that mention all of the great things that they do, but their schools are half the size. I’m happy that you’ve helped me keep that in perspective. Thank you!
