Wonderfully Helpful Podcast

I am a new school counselor and feel like a sponge constantly looking for more info to soak in. Finding this podcast was a blessing. Steph is real and helpful. She addresses what is really going on in our jobs as school counselors. The latest episode on self compassion is so good! I have listened to it twice to try to soak it all in.
